装载机的工作装置直接影响装载机的性能参数和作业效率,对其进行合理的设计在整机设计中占有十分重要的地位。采用了类比作图试凑法和三维软件运动分析相结合的方法对ZL50C-Ⅱ高卸工作装置设计进行了优化设计分析,使此工作装置的结构性能达到了设计要求,满足了整机的性能要求。
The working device of the loader directly affects the performance parameters and operating efficiency of the loader. Reasonable design of the loader occupies a very important position in the whole machine design. The design of ZL50C-Ⅱ high-unloading working device was optimized by combining the method of analogic drawing test and three-dimensional software kinematic analysis.
