目的:规范餐饮具集中消毒单位生产经营,提高集中消毒餐饮具卫生质量,保护消费者安全。方法:以《浙江省实施〈中华人民共和国食品安全法〉办法》颁布施行为契机,结合有关规范和要求,以“七个统一”为重点,开展2012年金华市餐饮具集中消毒单位的专项整治。结果:全市原43家餐具消毒单位,通过整合成立了14家上规模、规范管理的新企业。结论:餐饮具集中消毒专项整治,成效显著,集中消毒餐饮具卫生质量得到了有效保障。
Objective: To regulate the production and operation of tableware disinfection units, to improve the hygiene quality of concentrated disinfection tableware, and to protect the safety of consumers. Methods: With the promulgation and implementation of the “Measures for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” in Zhejiang Province, in light of the relevant norms and requirements, and focusing on the “seven unifications”, the Company conducted the 2012 intensive disinfection units Special rectification. Results: The city’s original 43 tableware disinfection units, through the integration of the establishment of 14 on the scale, standardize the management of new businesses. Conclusion: Special focus on disinfection of tableware with special effects, significant effect, focus on disinfection of tableware hygiene has been effectively protected.
