从金属凝固理论及流体力学理论出发,建立了描述铸造合金凝固过程中补缩现象的数学模型,通过分析与计算,定量地揭示了传统工艺的合理性,并指出了其中存在的一些偏见。
Based on the theory of metal solidification and fluid mechanics, a mathematic model describing the phenomenon of shrinkage during the solidification of cast alloy was established. The rationality of the traditional process was revealed quantitatively by analysis and calculation, and some of the prejudices among them were pointed out.
