对癫痫患者术前评价是fMRI临床应用最广泛的领域之一。它包括判断记忆功能的侧化、语言网络的定位;甚至也用来致痫灶定侧,评估颞叶切除后的语言记忆功能损伤风险等。本综述将从几方面,对癫痫患者语言功能评估的fMRI研究进行回顾和展望。
Preoperative evaluation of patients with epilepsy is one of the most widely used clinical applications of fMRI. It includes the judgment of the memory side of the localization, the localization of the language network; even used to set the side of the epileptic seizure to assess the risk of language memory impairment after temporal lobe resection. This review will review and look at fMRI studies of speech function assessment in patients with epilepsy in several ways.
