本文发展了一个从传感器、放大器、记录仪、分析仪到微型计算机的整套温度波测试分析系统。文中介绍了用于温度波测量的铠装热电偶的安装与引线以及温度波信号的放大与屏蔽方法。对4135型柴油机气缸盖壁面温度波进行了测量和分析。对不同负荷下的温度波以及不同粗细热电偶所测得的温度波进行了比较。在额定工况下,气缸盖壁面温度波为30℃左右。
This article develops a complete temperature-wave test and analysis system from sensors, amplifiers, recorders, analyzers to microcomputers. This paper introduces the installation and lead of the armored thermocouple for the temperature wave measurement and the method of amplifying and shielding the temperature wave signal. The temperature and temperature of cylinder wall of 4135 diesel engine were measured and analyzed. The temperature wave under different loads and the temperature wave measured by different thickness thermocouples were compared. Under rated conditions, the cylinder head wall temperature wave is about 30 ℃.
