本文用金黄色葡萄球菌及其稳定 L型, 经多种方式感染雌性昆明种小鼠, 发现雌鼠妊娠率、每胎分娩的子鼠数及子鼠体重均低于对照组, 差异有显著性 ( P< 001 , P< 001 , P< 005) 。对感染鼠子宫内膜、胎盘及子鼠肝、肺等组织作免疫组化及金葡菌 L型地高辛核酸探针原位杂交, 结果发现金葡菌 L 型感染雌鼠子宫内膜、胎盘及子鼠肝、肺中金葡菌 L型免疫组化阳性率分别为605 % 、933 % 及60 % : 金葡萄 L 型 D N A 探针原位杂交后在感染鼠子宫内膜、胎盘绒毛及子鼠肺组织中均发现有金葡菌 D N A 表达, 阳性率分别为208 % 、333 % 、166 % , 均高于对照组。提示 L 型金黄色葡萄球菌可通过垂直传播感染方式导致2 代动物先天性感染, 这可能是引起妊娠异常结局的重要因素之一。

It is suggested that L-form Staphylococcus aureus can cause congenital infection of passage 2 animals by means of vertical transmission infection, which may be one of the important factors that cause abnormal pregnancy outcome.
