目的 了解当归多糖的药用价值。方法 将小鼠分为正常对照组、照射对照组、照射 +当归多糖组 ,检测三组刀豆蛋白 (con A)诱导的 T淋巴细胞增殖、IL - 2和血清抗体产生能力。结果 照射对照组 con A诱导的 T淋巴细胞增殖、IL - 2和血清抗体水平明显低于正常对照组 ,而当归多糖治疗组的 con A诱导的 T淋巴细胞增殖、IL - 2和血清抗体水平显著高于照射对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 当归多糖能显著促进放射损伤小鼠的免疫功能
Objective To understand the medicinal value of Angelica polysaccharides. METHODS: Mice were divided into normal control group, irradiated control group, and irradiated Angelica polysaccharide group. Three groups of concanavalin (con A)-induced T lymphocyte proliferation, IL-2 and serum antibody production were detected. Results Con A-induced T lymphocyte proliferation, IL-2 and serum antibody levels in the irradiated control group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group, whereas the con A-induced T lymphocyte proliferation, IL-2 and serum antibody levels in the angelica polysaccharide-treated group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Higher than the irradiated control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Angelica polysaccharide can significantly promote the immune function of radiation-injured mice
