一、前言日本国有铁道长野工厂铸造车间(图1)的铸铁闸瓦铸造设备,自1974年9月开始投产一直到现在,每年可生产闸瓦约14000吨,在国铁的铸铁闸瓦铸造设备中是规模最大,也是注重防止大气污染、噪音、振动等公害以及改善铸造工厂特有的粉尘、高温等作业环境的先进设备。长野工厂生产的铸铁闸瓦供国铁关东、中部、北陆的整个线路及关西的一部分线路使用。此外,苗穗、郡山、鹰取和小仓四个工厂生产的闸瓦则供其所承担的线路使用。铸铁闸瓦用于机车(电力机车和内燃机车)、货车、客车、内燃动车和部分电气列车的制动装
I. Preface The cast iron brake shoe casting equipment of Japan’s state-owned Railway Nagano Plant Casting Plant (Figure 1) has been in operation since September 1974 and can produce about 14,000 tons of brake shoes per year. In the cast iron brake shoe casting equipment of the State Railway Is the largest and most advanced equipment focusing on prevention of pollution such as air pollution, noise and vibration as well as the improvement of operating environment such as dust and high temperature foundry. The cast iron brake shoes manufactured by Nagano Plant are used by the entire lines of the Kanto, Chubu and Hokuriku National Railways and a part of the Kansai Line. In addition, the brake pads produced at the Miaosui, Koriyama, Ekimae and Kokura facilities are used for the lines they undertake.
