将含钢筋的混凝土试样部分浸泡在3.5%NaCl溶液中,测量溶液以及溶液上方混凝土中钢筋试样的腐蚀电位、宏电池腐蚀电流,通过极化电阻R_P值计算钢筋的腐蚀电流密度。结果表明位于溶液中混凝土内钢筋试样的腐蚀电流密度随着其在溶液中深度的增加而降低。位于溶液上方混凝土中钢筋试样的腐蚀电流密度随着其所处的位置升高而降低,说明溶液中混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀与氧含量密切相关。溶液上方的混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀与混凝土湿度密切相关。
The steel reinforced concrete specimens were partially immersed in 3.5% NaCl solution to measure the corrosion potential of the steel bars in the solution and the concrete above the solution. The corrosion current of the macro cell was measured and the corrosion current density of the steel bars was calculated by the polarization resistance R_P value. The results show that the corrosion current density of the steel bars in concrete in solution decreases with the depth of solution in the solution. The corrosion current density of the steel bars in the concrete above the solution decreases with the increase of its location, indicating that the corrosion of steel bars in the concrete is closely related to the oxygen content. The corrosion of steel bars in the concrete above the solution is closely related to the concrete humidity.
