用微生物降解法从脱脂豆粕、玉米胚粕中制取混合氨基酸液。内有18种氨基酸,其中人体必需的8种氨基酸占混合氨基酸总量的41.5%,氨基酸生成率40%,产率18%,原料蛋白质利用率87.2%,氨基氮生成率52.6%。 将实验动物喂基础饲料,以混合氨基酸液代替饮用水,分为A(100%代替),B(50%代替),C(33%代替)和D(100%自来永对照)四个组,观察对生长试验,游泳试验和抗缺氧死亡时间的影响。经方差分析,结果表明,脱脂豆粕、玉米胚粕制取的混合氨基酸液对促进动物生长(A、B、C∶D与B∶C分别为p<0.001和p<0.01,A∶C p<0.05)、提高抗疲劳(A、B∶D和A∶C分别p<0.001,p<0.01)、抗缺氧能力(A∶B、C、D,B∶D,C∶D均为p<0.001)和增强耐力都有一定作用。
