仁济医院是一所综合性教学医院,现有职工1537人,固定床位637张,并设有第二医科大学医疗系Ⅱ部以及1个研究所和9个实验室。从1985年7月起进行专业技术职称改革试点,至1988年12月止,三年半来共晋升师以上技术职称425人,合计有师以上职称的742人.现通过对仁济医院技术人员晋升情况的分析,试对医院技术职称改革中存在的问题提几点看法和建议。一、职称晋升概况 (一)人员分布:全院现有医师401人,其中高级正职(主任医师,教授)50人,本次晋升43人,占总数的86%;高级副职(副主任医师、副教授)95人,本次晋升87人,占总数的91.6%;主治医师118名,本次晋升
Yan Chai Hospital is a comprehensive teaching hospital with 1537 employees, 637 fixed beds, and Department II of Medical Department of the Second Medical University, 1 Institute, and 9 laboratories. From July 1985, the pilot program for the reform of professional titles was held until December 1988.
