通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件建立高速公路边坡准预裂爆破模型,选取塑性随动硬化材料模型,来模拟爆破载荷作用下岩石的本构关系,考虑不耦合系数、线装药密度、药包直径及炮孔间距等参数,进行缓冲孔爆炸应力场数值模拟计算。通过在高速公路施工现场进行爆破试验,并采用IDTS3850型测振仪进行爆破振动测试,检验模型设计及参数计算的准确度,验证缓冲孔设计方案的可行性。
By using ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software, the quasi-presumptive blasting model of freeway slope is established, and the model of plastic random hardening material is selected to simulate the constitutive relationship of rock under blasting load. Considering the uncoupling coefficient, line charge density, The diameter of the kits and the distance between the holes, the numerical simulation of the stress field in the buffer hole was carried out. Through the blasting test on the construction site of the expressway and using IDTS3850 vibrometer to carry out the blasting vibration test, the accuracy of the model design and the parameter calculation is verified, and the feasibility of the design of the buffer hole is verified.
