盐酸普鲁卡因注射液是医院临床较为多用的麻醉药之一,其用量很大,但对盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的含量测定,中国药典一九八五年版用的是永停法。此法准确,但在医院药房制剂室无永停仪的条件下,用化学方法,即亚硝酸钠法测定也是可行的。但此法操作比较复杂,检测费时间,不便于生产中特别是灌装前的半成品含量测定。笔者采用折光法测定1%、2%盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量,经多次实践证明,此法操作十分简便、快速,且取样量少,获得满意结果。此法与亚硝酸钠化学法比较误差较小,认为可以用于半成品质量控制。
Prochloric Hydrochloride Injection is one of the most commonly used clinical anesthetics in hospitals. Its dosage is very large. However, the content of procaine hydrochloride injection is determined by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 1985. This method is accurate, but in the hospital pharmacy preparation room without permanent instrument under the conditions of chemical methods, namely sodium nitrite method is also feasible. However, this method is more complicated operation, detection time, inconvenient in the production of semi-finished products, especially before filling content determination. The author used refraction method for the determination of 1%, 2% procaine hydrochloride injection, after many times the practice proved that this method is very simple and fast operation, and less sampling, access to satisfactory results. Compared with sodium nitrite chemical method, this method has less error and can be used for quality control of semi-finished products.
