目的探讨牙齿移动过程中骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-1与Noggin在牙周组织中的表达及作用。方法2010年7月至2011年3月在大连医科大学附属第二医院分别建立以大鼠切牙及种植体为支抗的正畸牙齿移动模型,测量磨牙移动距离,用苏木精—伊红(HE)染色观察被移动磨牙牙周组织形态学变化,应用免疫组化方法检测BMP-1与Noggin在牙周组织改建过程中的表达情况。结果以种植体为支抗的正畸牙齿移动模型,其磨牙的移动距离和速度优于以切牙为支抗组。BMP-1与Noggin在牙周组织的分布及表达在空间和时间上具有明显的一致性:均表现为实验组表达明显强于对照组,张力侧表达强于压力侧;二者在牙周组织中的表达水平均在第7天组最强,到第28天组便基本接近对照组的水平。结论以种植体为支抗的正畸牙齿移动模型优于传统方法。BMP-1与Noggin均参与了牙周组织的改建过程,且可能在该过程中发挥重要的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) -1 and Noggin in periodontal tissues during tooth movement. Methods From July 2010 to March 2011, a model of orthodontic tooth movement supported by rat incisors and implants was established in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. The moving distance of the molar was measured. The hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining. The expression of BMP-1 and Noggin in the process of periodontal tissue remodeling was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The model of orthodontic tooth movement supported by implant was better than the incisors. The distribution and expression of BMP-1 and Noggin in periodontal tissues had obvious spatial and temporal consistency: the expression of BMP-1 and Noggin in the experimental group was significantly stronger than that in the control group, and the expression in the tensile side was stronger than that in the pressure side; In the group of the strongest on the 7th day group, the group will be close to the control group level on the 28th day. Conclusion The implant-supported orthodontic tooth movement model is superior to the traditional method. Both BMP-1 and Noggin are involved in the remodeling of periodontal tissues and may play an important regulatory role in this process.
