欲解决心脏疾患时心肌功能改变的真正机制,必须对心肌细胞的生理有深入的了解。近十余年来由于生物物理学,生物化学,电子显微镜,及心脏导管术的发展,心肌代谢的研究日趋广泛,现综述如后。(壹)心肌能的产生:心肌需要醣、脂肪、蛋白质的氧化来产生能量以应心肌收缩。但心肌代谢的燃料中,醣、脂肪、蛋白质所占比例,经过组织培养,离体心脏,动物与人在生理状态下的研究,尤以同位素的应用,现在才有了进一步的了解。例为:
