本文报告时点调查精神科门诊病人 335例 ,以了解精神药物的使用情况。结果发现使用 1种、 2种、3种精神药物的分别为 4 9.36 %、 36 .91%、 7.73% ,说明单一用药已被临床广泛接受 ;用药频度的高低依次为氯氮平 36 .0 5%、奋乃静 33.90 %、舒必利 2 4 .4 6 % ,提示氯氮平可能逐渐取代经典药物氯丙嗪。苯二氮 艹卓 类药物的使用频率高达 10 0 %。因此对合理用药应予以重视 At the time of this report, 335 psychiatric outpatients were investigated to understand the use of psychotropic drugs. The results showed that the use of one, two, and three psychotropic drugs was 4.93%, 36.91%, and 7.73%, respectively, indicating that single drug use has been widely accepted in clinical practice; the frequency of drug use was in the order of clozapine 36.0. 5%, perphenazine 33.90%, sulpiride 24.4%, suggesting that clozapine may gradually replace the classic drug chlorpromazine.
