锌是机体必需微量元素之一,研究表明锌过量可引起机体生物合成、中枢免疫系统的结构和功能严重受损,导致机体生长发育不良和免疫力下降,甚至发生反复感染,本文通过建立正常锌(ZN)、中毒剂量锌(ZE)大鼠模型,对大鼠肠道粘膜IgA的表达作定位和定量研究。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料 硫酸锌(上海生化试剂二厂),小鼠抗大鼠IgA单克隆抗体(α-链特异,Sigma),抗大鼠IgA血清(Sigma),原子吸收分光光度计(IL-AA951型,美国),电热恒温消化器(核工业北京冶金化学研究院),酶标测试仪(Model 3551型,美国),图象分析仪(MD-20型,德国徕卡),采用第三军医大学实验动物
