目的观察左旋肉碱对血液透析患者营养不良及贫血的影响。方法对25例长期血液透析患者于每次血液透析结束前静脉注入左旋肉碱1.0g加生理盐水至20ml,每周3次,共6个月,另23例长期血液透析患者于每次血液透析结束前静脉注入生理盐水20ml,频次及疗程同前。结果25例患者用药后干体重、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白及转铁蛋白均较治疗前明显提高,促红细胞生成素(EPO)用量减小,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者经6个月左旋肉碱治疗后营养参数升高,贫血症状改善,生活质量及透析质量提高。
Objective To observe the effect of L-carnitine on malnutrition and anemia in hemodialysis patients. Methods Twenty-five patients with long-term hemodialysis were intravenously injected 1.0g of L-carnitine with normal saline to 20ml three times a week for 6 months before the end of each hemodialysis. Another 23 cases of long-term hemodialysis patients underwent hemodialysis Before the end of intravenous injection of saline 20ml, frequency and treatment with the previous. Results After treatment, the body weight, hemoglobin, hematocrit, plasma albumin, prealbumin and transferrin in 25 patients were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the dosage of erythropoietin (EPO) was decreased and compared with the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis patients after 6 months of L-carnitine treatment increased nutritional parameters, anemia improved, quality of life and dialysis quality.
