目的 研究从板蓝根中分离出的丁香酸的抗内毒素作用。方法 将丁香酸配成 1%水溶液 ,鲎试验法做抗内毒素定量测定 ;用内毒素致兔发热实验检测丁香酸体内抗内毒素作用 ;内毒素致小鼠死亡实验测定丁香酸保护作用。结果 0 .334mg/m L丁香酸可使 4 EU内毒素降为 0 .777EU ,破坏率为 83.16 % ;1%丁香酸溶液可使内毒素引起的兔热显著降低 ;使同等剂量脂多糖引起的小鼠死亡率由 6 8%降为 2 0 %。结论 丁香酸有抗内毒素作用。
Objective To study the anti-endotoxin effect of syringic acid isolated from Radix Isatidis. Methods A 1% aqueous solution of syringic acid was prepared. The anti-endotoxin quantitative assay was performed with the limulus test. The anti-endotoxin effect of syringate was detected with rabbit endotoxin-induced fever test. The protective effect of syringic acid was determined with an endotoxin-induced mouse death experiment. Results 0.334mg/m L syringate could reduce 4 EU endotoxin to 0.777EU, the destruction rate was 83.16%; 1% syringic acid solution could significantly reduce the rabbit heat caused by endotoxin; caused by the same dose of lipopolysaccharide The mortality rate of mice dropped from 68% to 20%. Conclusion The syringic acid has anti-endotoxin effect.
