当前阶段,我国的医疗技术水平得到快速发展,医院之间的竞争变得更加激烈。因此,想要在市场经济条件之下具有更强的竞争力,医院就必须加快改革,并且将自身的人力资源优势进行充分的利用,而要让自身的人力资源优势得到充分的发挥,就需要更进一步发挥绩效考核的作用。为此本文就医院实行绩效考核的意义进行了分析,并就医院绩效考核还需要进一步改进的地方以及改进强化提出了几点建议。
