本文采用电子探针和X光相分析的方法,对不同成份的Al-Ti-Zr合金及工业用7~#合金中的化合物进行研究。结果证明:钛和锆同存在铝合金中时,可形成Al-Ti-Zr三元化合物,其形状为块、棒、枝叉(随Ti、Zr比而异)。这种化合物为Zr溶于TiAl_3或Ti溶于ZrAl_3中的固溶体。上述结果,和金相的传统检验观念(认为棒状的是TiAl_3,枝叉状的是ZrAl_3)不同。
In this paper, the methods of electron probe and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to study the compounds in different compositions of Al-Ti-Zr alloy and industrial 7 ~ # alloy. The results show that when Ti and Zr are present in the aluminum alloy, Al-Ti-Zr ternary compounds can be formed. The shapes of the Al-Ti-Zr ternary compounds are block, rod and branch (depending on the Ti and Zr ratios). This compound is a solid solution of Zr dissolved in TiAl_3 or Ti in ZrAl_3. The above results are different from the traditional test concept of metallography (considering TiAl_3 in rod shape and ZrAl_3 in fork shape).
