目的 :应用本室制备的抗腺癌肿瘤疫苗对小鼠高转移性Lewis肺癌进行防治研究 ,观察其抑癌、抗转移的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 :用肿瘤疫苗免疫C5 7小鼠共 4次 ,第三次免疫的同时小鼠右腋下接种Lewis肺癌。在既定日期检测移植瘤重及肺转移率、转移灶数。结果 :瘤重 ,三种剂量疫苗组分别与对照生理盐水组、环磷酰胺组和rIL 2组比较差异显著 ;肿瘤肺转移率及肺转移灶数疫苗组与各对照组比较差异显著。结论 :该肿瘤疫苗有一定的抑癌和抗转移作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of anti-adenocarcinoma vaccine against Lewis lung cancer in mice and to observe its anti-cancer and anti-metastatic effects and immune function. Methods: C57 mice were immunized with the tumor vaccine a total of 4 times and the third immunization while the mice were inoculated with Lewis lung carcinoma in the right armpit. At the given date, the tumor weight, lung metastasis rate and number of metastases were detected. Results: There was significant difference between the tumor weight and the three dose vaccine groups in the control group, the cyclophosphamide group and the rIL 2 group. There was significant difference between the lung metastasis rate and the lung metastasis number vaccine group and each control group. Conclusion: The tumor vaccine has a certain anti-cancer and anti-metastatic effect.
