目前,随着国家各地区、各行各业对安全工作的重视程度不断提升,在安全生产工作方面投入的人力和物力不断加大,尤其是在安全宣传、培训教育与安全隐患督促检查工作等方面,许多企业都做得日臻完善,这些工作对于提升企业员工的安全意识,营造良好的“遵章守纪”安全文化氛围具有显而易见的作用。但很多时候,企业员工只是处在被动的立场上接受“填鸭式”的安全宣传、意识提升教育,效果并不十分乐观。笔者结合自身企业的安全管理实践经验,总结出以下五个方面的正向激励措施,旨在鼓励员工主动参与提升自身安全意识,最终营造良好的企业安全文化氛围。 At present, with the constant emphasis on safety work in all regions and all walks of life in the country, the manpower and material resources invested in safety work have been constantly increasing, especially in areas such as safety publicity, education, education and safety inspection and supervision of safety hazards , Many enterprises are improving day by day.
