随着高校改革的开始,新时期对教育者提出了更高的要求,对少数民族思想政治教育也提到了重要的高度,在新的形势下高校要全面掌握少数民族学生这一群体的特点为少数民族学生思想工作提出针对的意见尤为重要。因此,本文主要针对藏族大学生的特点进行分析并根据实际情况提出针对性的意见。
With the beginning of the reform of colleges and universities, the new period puts forward higher requirements for educators and mentions to the important ideological and political education of ethnic minorities. Under the new situation, colleges and universities should fully grasp the characteristics of minority groups. The opinions put forward by minority students’ ideological work are especially important. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the characteristics of Tibetan college students and puts forward some advice according to the actual situation.
