目的分析缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)用于诊断窒息新生儿心肌损害的临床意义。方法选取2011年5月-2014年5月承德市中心医院的新生儿作为研究对象,其中25例窒息后心肌损害的新生儿为重症组,36例窒息后心肌未损害的新生儿为轻度组,35例无窒息新生儿为对照组,分别检测3组新生儿的IMA、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白(c Tn T)。结果IMA敏感性高,特异性强,在窒息新生儿心肌损害急性期数值明显升高。结论缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)针对窒息新生儿心肌损害急性期具有明确的诊断意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of ischemic modified albumin (IMA) in the diagnosis of myocardial damage in asphyxia neonates. Methods From May 2011 to May 2014, newborns from Chengde Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects. 25 neonates with post-asphyxial myocardial damage were selected as severe group and 36 asphyxiated noninjured myocardium as mild group 35 neonates without asphyxia were taken as the control group. IMA, CK-MB and cTn T were detected in 3 neonates. The results of IMA high sensitivity, specificity, myocardial infarction in neonatal asphyxia value increased significantly. Conclusion Ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) has a clear diagnostic value for acute myocardial injury in neonatal asphyxia.
