校本培训是指以学校为单位,是教师继续教育的方式,是全面提高教师素养、促进教师专业发展的培训方式。校本培训必须突出教师专业可持续发展这一核心,构建培训考核机制和名师评价机制,抓住教师个体培训、教研组建设和专业研究队伍建设三个要素,建立学习、听课、评课、研究校本制度,落实制定培训计划、建立监督机制、利用常规活动、有效开展培训、强化考核制度等五项措施,认真完成干部培训、骨干培训、多岗培训、信息技术培训、远程培训和普通话培训。不断总结,不断创新,构建教师培训新模式。
