工程项目管理绩效评价中影响的指标众多,如何使工程项目管理效果达到最优,要求管理者对管理过程及管理效果进行了解,这就是工程项目管理绩效评价问题。本文梳理现行的工程项目管理成果,建立合适的项目管理绩效评价体系,以满足项目管理者对绩效评价的要求。结合建设工程项目管理的特点,构建了工程建设项目管理绩效评价内容、指标体系,并运用模糊评价法,对管理绩效做出综合评价。
There are many influential indexes in the project management performance evaluation, how to make the project management effect reach the optimal, requiring managers to understand the management process and management effect, which is the project management performance evaluation. This article combs the current project management achievements, and establishes a suitable project management performance evaluation system to meet the project manager’s performance evaluation requirements. Combined with the characteristics of construction project management, construction project management performance evaluation content, index system, and the use of fuzzy evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation of management performance.
