目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在癌细胞中表达及其意义。方法 :采用SP免疫组化法检测癌组织 181例 ,癌旁组织 6 6例bFGF表达状况。结果 :癌组织和癌旁组织bFGF阳性率分别为 95 .5 8%和 6 2 .12 % ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;(+ )的阳性率分别为 48.5 5 %和 6 3 .41% ;( )分别为 41.6 2 %和 36 .5 9%( )分别为 9.83 %和 0 %。 (+ )和 ( )的阳性率之间无显著性 ,( )差异显著 (P <0 .0 2 5 )。乳头状腺癌bFGF阳性率及表达强度显著低于低分化癌 ,腺癌和粘液腺癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。癌细胞转移组和无转移组bFGF阳性率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但 ( )阳性率前者显著高于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :各种癌组织表达bFGF高于癌旁组织 ,分化较差的癌细胞高于分化较好的癌细胞 ;癌转移组表达bFGF( )阳性率高于无转移组。bFGF与癌发生发展和转移有着内在联系
Objective : To investigate the expression and significance of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in cancer cells. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of bFGF in 181 cases of cancer tissues and 66 cases of adjacent tissues. RESULTS: The positive rates of bFGF were 95.58% and 62.12% in cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue respectively. There was a significant difference between them (P < 0.05); the positive rate of (+) was 48.55%. And 63.41%; () were 41.6 2% and 36.5% (9%) were 9.83% and 0% respectively. There was no significant difference between the (+) and () positive rates, and there was a significant difference (P <0. 0 2 5). The positive rate and expression intensity of bFGF in papillary adenocarcinoma were significantly lower than those in poorly differentiated carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of bFGF between the cancer metastasis group and the non-metastasis group (P > 0.05), but the positive rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of bFGF was higher in cancer tissue than in adjacent tissues. The poorly differentiated cancer cells were higher than those in well-differentiated cancer cells. The positive rate of bFGF() in cancer metastasis group was higher than that in non-metastasis group. bFGF is Intrinsically Linked to Carcinogenesis, Development, and Metastasis
