我們最近試驗用低碳鋼渗碳代替高铬碳鋼(12)制造电动机硅鋼片槽孔冲模,取得初步成效。硅鋼片槽孔冲模类型很多,按硅鋼片槽孔要求设計。附图是定子硅鋼片槽孔冲模的一种。冲模配合公差很小,对热处理变形要求很严格,并且要求比較高的耐磨性和良好的韌性,采用15号鋼渗碳并調質后,用盐浴爐加热淬火,加热均匀,时間短,变形量保持在0.02~0.04毫米范围內,一般合乎工艺要求。
