用一阶导数先谱法鉴别了诺氟沙皇和环丙沙星。诺氟沙星和环丙沙星具有极为相似的结构，其零阶光谱、一阶导数光谱均极为相似，但两者一阶导数光谱在２６０～２７９ｎｍ之间的振幅值与３３９ｍｍ处的振幅值之比率则不相同，且该比率不随浓度的变化而变。依此提供了两者鉴别的依据。
Norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin were identified by first-derivative derivative spectroscopy. Norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin have a very similar structure. The zero-order spectra and the first-order derivative spectra are very similar, but the amplitude of the first derivative spectra between 260 ~ 279nm and the amplitude of 339mm The ratio is not the same, and the ratio does not change with the concentration change. This provides the basis for the identification of the two.
