建立一种凝胶渗透色谱-高效液相色谱法测定食用植物油中苯并(a)芘含量的方法。样品经凝胶渗透色谱净化处理,采用反相C18色谱柱Phenomenex Luna C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈:水=91:9溶液为流动相,流速1mL/min,荧光检测器,激发波长384nm,发射波长406nm,对食用植物油中的苯并(a)芘进行检测。在2.0、10.0、25.0μg/kg添加量范围内,平均回收率为98.7%,相对标准偏差为3.4%(n=6)。方法的检出限为0.3μg/kg,线性范围为0.1~20.0μg/L(R=0.9992),测定结果与标准方法基本相同。本法快速、简便、准确,可以作为食用植物油中苯并(a)芘的检测方法。
A method for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in edible vegetable oil by gel permeation chromatography - high performance liquid chromatography was established. The samples were purified by gel permeation chromatography using a reversed phase C18 column Phenomenex Luna C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile: water = 91: 9 at a flow rate of 1 mL / min.
