目的:研究翻白草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20和大孔吸附树脂等色谱分离手段对翻白草90%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到1个黄酮苷类化合物,鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸正丁酯基-(2→1)-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside butyl ester-(2→1)-β-D-xylopyranoside,1)。结论:化合物1为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical components of Methods: The n-butanol extraction site of 90% ethanol extract of Pseudostellaria baicalensis grass was isolated and purified by chromatographic separation methods such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and macroporous adsorption resin. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data . Results: One flavonoid glycoside compound was isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranonoic acid n-butyl ester- (2 → 1) -β-D-xylopyranoside kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside butyl ester- (2 → 1) -β-D-xylopyranoside, 1). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound.
