思想政治工作是社会进步发展的文化动力和智力支持,更是建设和谐社会的基本思想保障。然而现今的思想政治工作又面临着新的问题和情况。本文结合和谐社会中的实际情况,对思想政治工作做进一步分析探索,找出思想政治工作的创新方法,以适应社会发展需求,让思想政治工作全面有效的促进和谐社会的进步发展。
Ideological and political work is the cultural motivation and intellectual support for the progressive development of society. It is also the basic ideological guarantee for building a harmonious society. However, the current ideological and political work faces new problems and situations. Combining with the actual conditions in a harmonious society, this paper analyzes and explores the ideological and political work further to find out the innovative methods of ideological and political work in order to meet the needs of social development so that the ideological and political work can promote the progressive development of a harmonious society effectively and comprehensively.
