健康人格教育是素质教育的核心,是其他一切素质及其教育的出发点和归宿,是目前学校教育的工作重点,也是班主任工作的重要内容之一。现代社会对健康人格提出了更高要求,而现阶段学生们的人格健康状况却不容乐观,人格不健康因素日渐增多。班主任对学生进行健康人格教育可用以下方法:营造良好的班级环境;恰当运用奖励机制;选择或设立特定情境,训练学生某些特定品质;将人格教育内容融入课堂教学之中;完善自我,以自己的人格魅力起到榜样作用。
