目的了解大竹县蚊虫种类及其活动规律。方法采用栖息蚊虫捕获法、幼虫吸管法和幼虫勺舀采集法进行调查。结果共捕获成蚊2 943只,蚊幼(蛹)6 660只;经鉴定为4属7种,以骚扰阿蚊为优势蚊种;蚊虫4月份开始出现,随气温上升而迅速增加,以8月份密度最高(人房卧室20.12只/(人工·h),牛棚218.76只/(人工·h),以后缓慢降低,11月份停止活动;成蚊雌、雄之比为22.93∶1;人房卧室成蚊以23:00和次日1:00活动最活跃,牛棚蚊虫以21:00和次日3:00活动最活跃。结论基本了解了大竹县蚊种及孳生地、人房卧室、牛棚的蚊虫密度和季节消长,为制订预防蚊媒疾病防制方案提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the species and activities of mosquitoes in Dazhu County. Methods The method of habitat mosquito capture, larval pipetting and ladle ladle scooping were used to investigate. Results A total of 2 943 adult mosquitoes and 6 660 mosquito larvae (pupae) were captured. Four mosquito species (7 genera and 4 mosquito species) were identified as mosquitoes, and mosquitoes were the dominant mosquito species.
