利用性学习与探索性学习的(平衡)研究近些年成为管理学领域的重要研究对象,实践中组织也一直非常重视两种学习的平衡。本文通过系统整理现有利用性学习与探索性学习文献,总结了学者们提出的各种平衡方法的内涵及基本假定,并阐述了这些平衡方法的争议,期望从中找出平衡这两种学习的本质与解决办法,为管理实践提供参考。
The study of (balance) between usability and exploratory learning has become an important research object in the field of management in recent years. In practice, the organization has always attached great importance to the balance between the two kinds of learning. By systematically sorting out the available learning and exploratory learning documents, this paper summarizes the connotations and basic assumptions of various balancing methods proposed by scholars and elaborates on the controversies of these balancing methods. It is expected that we can find the balance between these two kinds of learning Essence and solution to provide reference for management practice.
