南部县国税局直属分局副局长张丕勋出生于南部县一位普通农民家庭,1976年从部队复员回到税务部门工作至今。1981年,他被确诊患有甲状腺癌,医生告诉他最多只能活三五年。此时此刻,年仅27岁的张丕勋,面对自己热爱的税务事业,坚定了生存的勇气——“我要活下去,一定要活下去！”在县国税局领导的关心和支持下,张丕勋于1981年到华西医大做了甲状腺摘除手术,手术获得成功,他活下来了,并提前出院,于当年8月重新回到办公室工作。
