In the company, bosses often complain about their employees; however, in the minds of employees, there is always a “problem boss” who makes things difficult. Most bosses do not believe that they will be seen as “problem bosses,” or ignore the severity of what they see as “problem bosses.” This lack of self-knowledge often starts from the following three reasons: First, self-deception. The boss is in a high position and it is easy to overconfidence in his own ability. According to the survey, in terms of management ability, the boss often gives himself a grade of A or B, while the employee often only gives him a C or D. Second, push responsibility. When a mistake occurs, the boss often blames the employee, while the employee blames the boss for mismanagement. Third, do not know the truth. For accusing the boss of negligence, the employees always have scruples and never dare to tell his true opinion of the boss.
