由机电部工程建设中心、河南省机械电子工业厅共同主持的洛阳矿山机器厂5t示范冲天炉专家评议会,于1991年8月26日至28日在洛矿宾馆召开。参加评议会的有,部分研究所、设计研究院、有关工厂的专家或代表,共计28人。会上,洛矿铸铁分厂就冲天炉的概况作了介绍,专家们深入现场进行了实地调查,并查阅了有关资料。在此基础上,大家就5t冲天炉的各个环节广泛发表了意见,一致认为,洛矿厂的生产特点在我们机械行业中具有一定的代表性,做好该厂5t冲天炉的技改工作,在全国有很大的推广价值。专家们经过充分讨论后确定洛矿厂5t示范冲天炉技改的原则要求是:必须适应该厂单件小批、多品种、多牌号、间断式生产特点的需要;不仅结
The 5-ton demonstration cupola expert council of Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory, co-chaired by the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Construction Center and the Henan Provincial Department of Mechanical and Electronic Industry, was held on August 26 to August 28, 1991 in Luolu Hotel. There are 28 experts or representatives from some institutes, design institutes and relevant factories participating in the council. At the meeting, the Luoyuan Iron Casting Factory introduced the overview of the cupola, and the experts conducted an on-site investigation in-depth and consulted relevant information. On this basis, everyone expressed their opinions on various aspects of the 5t cupola, and they all agreed that the characteristics of the production of the Luoluo Mine have a certain representativeness in our machinery industry, and do a good job in the technological transformation of the 5t cupola in the factory. It has great promotion value in the whole country. After thorough discussion, the experts determined that the principle requirement for the technical transformation of the 5t demonstration cupola in the Luoyuan Plant is that it must meet the needs of the single batch, multi-category, multi-brand, and intermittent production features of the plant;
