1 前言 将金属切削刀具等工件置于-196℃的液氮中进行深冷处理,可以使工件的耐磨性、韧性、刀具的耐用度等得到明显的改善。为此,深冷处理在国际上已得到愈来愈广泛的应用,特别是在美国已出现了数家专业公司,专门为客户深冷处理各种刀具,同时也出售一些已深冷处理的刀具。据这些厂商的报导刀具冷处理后,刀具的耐用度视不同的刀具材料,可有100%~300%的提高。但是,深冷处理的工艺过程,如冷却速度、保冷时间、升温速度,都是用计算机严格控制的,而且各厂又严格保密,他人不得而知。国内如要按国际上所达到的水平进行这方面
