箍围药,古称敷贴,是一种具有箍集围聚收束疮毒的药粉,其能促使肿疡初期得以消散,即使毒已结聚,也能使疮形缩小,趋于局限,达到早日成熟和破溃;溃后余肿未消者,也可用之消肿,以化余毒。箍围药的代表方剂有金黄散、玉露散等。做为粉剂的箍围药在外用中一般敷贴于病灶皮肤上,而不是用于创面上,如何使药粉有效地作用于病灶并便于应用,就涉及到箍围药的调制。
