本文作者之一为中国专家,设计了由当归、淫羊藿等十二味中药组成的新的汉方方剂-大气-转汤。临床上用来治疗精神不振等症,疗效显著,副作用少。为研究其作用机制作者以脱甲丙咪嗪(desipramine)和咖啡因作对照,设计了三种动物模型进行研究。将大气一转汤生药(当归10g、淫羊藿5g、生地黄10g、升麻5g、葛根20g、甘草10g、香附子10g赤芍10g、茯苓10g、泽泻10g、党参10g、柴胡5g)加水900ml,于100℃提取90min,滤液经冷冻干燥得提取粉末(收率28％)。
