本文利用空心阴极放电现象对在表面涂覆有渗剂的试样进行离子渗金属的试验研究。初步结果表明,该方法是一种工艺简单、渗速快、无污染的渗金属新工艺,并有广阔的工业应用前景。
In this paper, hollow cathode discharge phenomenon on the surface of the sample coated with a penetration agent for ion-permeable metal test study. The preliminary results show that this method is a new technology of infiltration metal with simple process, fast permeation rate and no pollution, and has broad industrial application prospect.
