【正】 基层银行实行经济核算,是银行工作着重点转移到社会主义现代化建设上来的一项重大改革。根据人民银行总行关于这项改革的精神,长春市分行铁道北办事处从六月份起,开始在银行内部试行经济核算。三个月的实践证明,这项改革是切实可行的,不但推动了银行各项工作,还有力地监督了企业的经济活动,加速了信贷资金周转,进一步支持了生产的发展。下面我们把在试行过程中认识到的一些问题,谈几点粗浅看法。一、信贷资金周转指标是银行经济核算的基础指标。社会主义银行是国家管理金融的机关,是办理货币与信用业务的经济组织。银行实行经济核算
