患者的住院安全是医疗服务工作中的重点问题。妇产科是医患纠纷的高发科室,引发医患纠纷的主要问题是患者的住院安全,因此如何保障患者治疗期间的住院安全,为患者提供良好的医疗服务是工作的重点。从以往工作情况看,妇产科潜在安全隐患包括医患沟通不到位、医疗文书记录不规范、医护人员责任心不强、规章制度落实不够、患者依从性不高等,文章建议从规范和落实医疗管理制度、加强医疗记录管理、改善服务观念、增强医患沟通、强化专业技能等方面入手,全面加强医疗管理,消除安全隐患,提高医疗服务质量。
Hospitalization of patients is a key issue in the medical service. Obstetrics and Gynecology is a high incidence department of doctor-patient disputes. The main problem that causes disputes among doctors and patients is the patient’s hospitalization safety. Therefore, how to protect the in-patient safety during the treatment of patients and provide good medical services to patients is the focus of work. From the past work situation, obstetrics and gynecology potential safety hazards, including doctor-patient communication is not in place, the medical records are not standardized, health care workers are not strong sense of responsibility, lack of implementation of rules and regulations, patient compliance is not high, the article suggests from the norms and the implementation of medical Management system, strengthen the management of medical records, improve service concept, enhance communication between doctors and patients, strengthen professional skills and other aspects, and comprehensively strengthen medical management, eliminate potential safety problems and improve the quality of medical services.
