本文针对塑胶颗粒生产工艺的独特性,对冷却水系统进行了相应的设计改进。并结合实际运行工况,将传统的冷却塔水池改进成溢流式冷热水隔离池,通过规定简单的操作步骤,将同时控制冷热水池的水位成为可能。在提高冷却水系统的效率、合理使用水量和能量等方面提出了革新的方案。
