在城市发展与经济发展速度不断增长的今天,如何在确保合理利用有限资金的前提下,实现建筑工程项目目标,是建筑行业造价人士的工作重点和主要研究方向。我们需要在设计阶段开始采取一定的措施来控制工程造价,同时严格控制其他各个阶段的工程造价,以将建筑工程造价控制在预算范围内。本文主要对工程造价工作中存在的一些问题进行分析,并提出了有针对性的解决措施。
How to realize the goal of the construction project under the premise of ensuring the rational use of limited funds is the focus and the main research direction of the cost-makers in the construction industry today when the speed of urban development and economic growth is increasing. We need to take certain measures at the design stage to control the project cost while strictly controlling the construction costs in all other phases so as to keep the construction cost within the budget. This article mainly analyzes some problems existing in the project cost work and puts forward the pertinent solution measures.
