膨化食品是一种新型食品,目前我国尚未有其卫生质量的专门评价标准,国内也未见有这方面的情况报导。本文就近年来从汕头口岸进口的275批膨化食品的卫生监测情况及卫生评价进行了讨论分析。参照GB7100—86及GB2760—86对这次监测结果进行卫生评价,各项指标均合格的只有136批,占49.5%,细菌指标不合格的有72批,占26.2%;加入人工合成色素的有81批,占29.5%,通过监测,提出了膨化食品的卫生评价问题,为今后制订这类食品的卫生标准提供参考依据。
Puffed food is a new type of food. At present, China does not yet have a special evaluation standard on its hygienic quality, nor has it been reported in the country. In this paper, the health monitoring situation and health evaluation of 275 batches of expanded food imported from Shantou Port in recent years are discussed and analyzed. With reference to GB7100-86 and GB2760-86, the health evaluation of this monitoring result was conducted. Only 136 batches of all the indicators were qualified, accounting for 49.5%. There were 72 batches of unqualified bacterial indicators accounting for 26.2% 81 batches, accounting for 29.5%. Through monitoring, the health evaluation of puffed food was put forward to provide a reference for formulating the hygiene standards of such food in the future.
