采用 EB-PVD法制备了层间距分别为 50, 70, 110, 130 nm的 K18/Mo纳米多层复合材料,其强度值随层间距的减小而增加.组织观察表明、通过控制纳米多层复合材料的层间距可以有效地控制晶粒的长大经过.适当的热处理后、该复合材料的室温力学性能得到较大的改善。强度高于1000 MPa,应变大于 8%,井表现出较好的高温稳定性
The K18 / Mo nano-multilayered composites with interlayer spacing of 50, 70, 110 and 130 nm were prepared by EB-PVD method, and their intensity values increased with the decrease of interlayer spacing. Tissue observations show that the grain growth can be effectively controlled by controlling the layer spacing of the nanocomposite. After proper heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the composites at room temperature have been greatly improved. Strength higher than 1000 MPa, strain greater than 8%, well showed good high temperature stability
