目前,油田注水所用的注水泵机组分为离心泵和往复泵机组,其中离心泵使用广泛,流量在5-30000立方米每小时,扬程在8-4000米的范围内。离心泵液体是连续流动的,所以离心泵排量均匀,压力平稳。维修工作量少,特别是离心泵的排量可用出口闸门来调节,比往复泵相比方便很多,正是由于这些优点,所以离心泵在油田开发生产中得到广泛发展和应用。为了确保生产任务的顺利完成,延长设备的使用寿命,我们注水泵工必须了解离心泵的结构、原理及出现故障的处理方法,以便更好的服务生产。
